InsytIQ Initial Onboarding

A one-time onboarding service that sets up the client’s InsytIQ platform and prepares it for ongoing use. Includes account configuration, integration of the client’s existing marketing data and tools, an initial strategy consultation, and a guided walkthrough so the client’s team can operate the platform confidently. Onboarding is completed within 1 business day of purchase.

90 Day Marketing Plan

A structured 90-day marketing engagement in which Tactix Marketing Inc. develops and helps execute a customized marketing strategy for the client’s business. Includes market and audience analysis, a prioritized 90-day action plan with defined milestones, campaign recommendations, and progress check-ins throughout the term. The plan is billed quarterly, beginning at signup, and the full plan for each quarter is produced at the start of that quarter.

Refund & Dispute Policy

  • Because InsytIQ Initial Onboarding involves account setup, configuration, and dedicated staff time that begins immediately after purchase and is completed within 1 business day, this service is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you have not yet begun onboarding, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • The 90 Day Marketing Plan is billed quarterly, beginning at signup. Because the full plan for each quarter is produced and delivered at the start of that quarter, quarterly fees are non-refundable and the plan is not cancellable within an active 90-day period. You may cancel future billing at any time; cancellation stops all subsequent quarterly charges, and you retain access to the deliverables already produced for the current quarter through the end of that period.

  • If you believe a service was not delivered as described, contact us within 14 days at insytiq.saas@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include revisions, a partial credit, or a refund at our discretion.

  • Email insytiq.saas@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please contact us directly before filing a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the matter quickly. Most concerns can be settled faster through direct communication.
